Vitamin C - good for improving sperm motility and improving your overall health. Great sources of vitamin C include citrus fruits, bell peppers, and evens some veggies like Brussels sprouts and broccoli.

Zinc - an important mineral for sperm health that can be found in things like oysters, and red meats. Vegetarian or vegan? Not to worry - beans and nuts are often considered good sources of zinc as well.

Water - important for overall body health. Not a fan of drinking plain water? Try infusing it with some citrus fruits for a double-dose of healthy choices!
